The Babylonian Empire
Approximate Boundaries Of The Babylonian Empire At Its Peak

Special Map Notes

The Babylonian Empire was smaller than others from that general era.  While it was small in area, it was great in power.  What territory it controlled, it controlled well.  While they didn't claim Egypt as part of their territory, they had defeated and subdued Egypt in their rise to power.  There was some land under their control that went slightly beyond the eastern edge of this map.  However, what is displayed here shows the basic outline of their territory.
